We were appointed by owner Luca Maggiora to take on the project management and quantity surveyor role in the high-end refurbishment of the infamous members club Tramp, Jermyn St. Working alongside designers Campbell Rey and under the watchful eye of the Crown Estate, the brief was to retain the history and beauty of the infamous members club but re-invent it with a modern and exciting twist. This came with it’s challenges as we unearthed years of historical systems and infrastructure along the way that would need more attention than initially expected and squeezed timescales. We met some great specialist contractors along the way with this one and pulled together as a team to get it over the line for the original target handover date. An amazing looking site and a great one for the CV.
