Hidden in the basement of a grade II* listed building, this empty unit with small sub-basement space was by far the most challenging project in our company’s history. With the heavy rules and regulations of Savills property team, the pre-construction phase of over 12 months in statutory approvals to get on site was just the beginning of the fight we had ahead of ourselves. This ‘Parisian’ style restaurant turned ‘late night lounge’ is located in a difficult space with complicated design brief and several operational challenges that came to life each week the project progressed. On completion, the new venue looked amazing and was another private client project that showcased our passion and commitment to stick with the client through the toughest of jobs until we achieve their end goal.
