Typical Project Delivery Process


  1. 1. Brief

    Visit site with designers and client to establish project requirements and programme

  2. 2. Statutory Approvals

    Establish requirements for statutory approvals

  3. 3. Specialist Contractors and Sub – Contractors

    Commence discussions with all specialist contractors and sub – contractors

  4. 4. Initial Estimate

    Produce estimate based on initial drawings and brief

  5. 5. Review Estimate

    Review estimate with client and design team and agree any value engineering required to suit the budget

  6. 6. Coordinate

    Coordinate all members of the design team to ensure statutory requirements are satisfied and programme milestones are met

  7. 7. Tender and Procurement

    Prepare tender / negotiation documentation and manage the procurement process

  8. 8. Tender Report

    Issue Tender Report to Client

  9. 9. Contractors and Suppliers

    Raise orders for contractors and suppliers and approve invoices

  10. 10. Construction Phase

    Manage the construction phase through constant communication and weekly site meetings

  11. 11. Project Costs

    Provide regular project cost updates

  12. 12. Handover

    Oversee the handover including preparation of snag lists

  13. 13. Final Accounts

    Agree Final Accounts with all contractors and suppliers
